Core classes

Core Classes are a part of our churchwide discipleship initiative that focuses participants on the Bible. The class curriculum seeks to equip believers in three areas of discipleship—Christian Belief, Christian Formation and Christian Mission. During these classes, we’ll spend a significant amount of time studying the biblical doctrines believers have held throughout the history of the church, and we will consider together how our faith invites us into a life of worship and mission. Classes meet once a week over a three-month period.

In Christian Belief we seek to establish a firm biblical foundation in the lives of believers, equipping them with a knowledge and understanding of Scripture that strengthens their relationship with God. This class will be held Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. from September through December.

In Christian Formation we aim to deepen spiritual intimacy, foster unity among believers, and encourage living out biblical principles in our daily lives as we seek to become like Christ. This class will be held Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. from January through April.

Christians on Mission focuses on applying biblical truths practically and equips individuals to engage their areas of life and fulfill the mission of the church in their specific context. This class will be held on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. from June through September.
